Personnel management: Take over the technical and disciplinary leadership as well as the further development of the team consisting of technicians and process engineers. Further development: You develop the technical service as a 2nd level support over all three main process stages. Process optimization: Plane, tax and optimate maintenance processes taking into account the budget. Efficiency increase: You contribute to increasing the efficiency (OEE) of machines and equipment through continuous improvements with your team. In addition, you are a driver of digitalization and automation of technical processes. Projects: You make sure that projects such as plant extensions or modernizations are successfully implemented. Problem solution: In the case of technical and GMP-relevant questions, you contribute to solving solutions in interdisciplinary teams. Coordination: You are structuring the tasks of the team and prioritizing in coordination with other disciplines. Documentation: Ensuring the documentation of technical processes. Spare parts and maintenance: You are responsible for the spare parts and maintenance management as well as its transfer to SAP. Interface: You act as a link to the service departments of the system suppliers.

Education: Completed studies, ideally in the field of pharmaceutical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, packaging technology or comparable Experience: You have professional experience in production, ideally in pharmaceutical or medical technology. Leadership style: You stand for a modern leadership style with a focus on self-responsibility and team spirit. Hands-on-Mentality: You are practice-oriented, you like to grab and take responsibility without losing the strategic orientation. Change management is also not a foreign word for you. Knowledge of GMP regulations and qualification/validation are desirable. Analysis: You have experience in dealing with error analyses (OEE, RootCause Analysis, CAPA measures). In addition, you can make complex technical facts understandable and you are familiar with economic considerations and feasibility studies. IT affinity: You quickly find yourself in new tools and have fun in digital solutions. Soft Skills: You are a team player and can express yourself very well both oral and written and communicate clearly. Your work is characterized by structure and proactivity. Language skills: You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
