Civil Engineer Planning (m/f/d)

Responsibility for planning and controlling projects in the field of transport planning. Implementation of the basic determination and pre-, design and approval planning according to HOAI. Creation of project concepts, planning applications and cost and fee determinations including coordination of external engineering offices. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders throughout the planning process. Analysis and evaluation of expert opinions (e.g. noise, environmental, transport and geotechnical studies) as well as derivation of solutions. Creation and testing of execution documents as well as support in construction preparation and implementation of the measures.

Complete university studies in civil engineering or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience.

That would be desirable: Professional experience in transport planning with well-founded expertise, methods and legal knowledge as well as safe handling of relevant regulations. Very good knowledge of common planning software solutions and safe handling of Microsoft Office. Embossed planning and organisational competence with structured, predictive and efficient working methods. High self-initiative and sense of responsibility as well as strong communication and team skills, enforcement strength and resilience; reliable German knowledge.
