Then we look forward to meeting you. Our house of care and care Aurach is a modern care facility with 46 nursing places. The establishment is part of a company network. In total, nine other fully-stationary care facilities and two outpatient care services belong to the private carrier. You design and run a modern facility in coordination with the management of the company and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our offers and structures You ensure a high quality of life for our residents and are present as local contact persons and are accessible You guide your team motivating, value-adding and targeted and create a working environment where people can take responsibility and develop You ensure compliance with our quality standards and all relevant legal requirements You work closely with our central administration and benefit from quick decision-making and uncomplicated vote

You have the qualification as a setup manager (§ 2 HeimPersV) as well as on leadership experience You convince by your communication strength, your sovereign appearance and your ability to inspire people for common goals You understand how to promote employees, make changes successful and develop a positive team culture You are characterized by sense of responsibility, empathy and a value-adding and motivating leadership personality
