Making success: As part of your 24-month trainee program, you accompany M&A transactions and investments in the international recycling sector Analyses & reviews: Start and review corporate assessments (e.g. DCF analyses), conduct Financial Due Diligence and evaluate business data Strategic decisions: Your analyses and research form the basis for decisions for the Management Board and Supervisory Board Project work: You interact with internal and external project participants of the M&A projects and actively participate in the implementation Abroad: As part of a 3-month foreign station, you will learn about our international activities on site Participation controlling: You get to know the international participation controlling and supports the business management of our subsidiaries Personal development: You are accompanied by experienced specialists and executives and supported in building your network and have the chances to recommend you as a junior executive in Germany and abroad

Graduate degree in economics, ideally with a focus on finance/accounting (IFRS) as well as reference to M&A and corporate assessment First professional experience in M&A and corporate assessment You bring good knowledge in the fields of accounting according to HGB and/or IFRS and corporate assessment Analytical thinking, combined with a targeted, structured way of working – You are delighted to handle financial key figures You are an absolute team player and brings strong communication skills in German and English You are safe to use MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
