We are looking for the next time Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in parttime (50 %) The Klinikum Neumarkt is a main hospital of the utilisation stage II with 485 flatbeds and 31 semi-stationary treatment sites as well as the teaching hospital of the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg. With more than 2,340 employees in the entire company, we supply in 19 main departments, four organ centres, a regional focus unit, a regional trauma center, a document division, a daily clinic for pain therapy and, together with several cooperation partners, approximately 23,300 stationary and approximately 49,400 outpatient patients per year. In cooperation with the clinic for newborns, children and young people of the Nuremberg Clinic, we operate a children's station, in which we provide ten beds for small patients, from newborns to young people. We ensure qualified health care for the citizens of the county and the neighbouring regions, and we are guided by our guide. The focus of our action is the well-being of the patients entrusted to us, which we achieve through professional competence, human care and the continuous coordination of patient-related processes. Our aim is to provide the best medical and nursing care, combined with personal and human care, as well as the further development of a modern, integrated health and social enterprise. The Palliative Medicine Clinic devotes its entire attention to seriously ill and dying people with the aim of achieving the best possible symptom relief through holistic medical and nursing care. Our multi-professional teams advise family and friends and support through contacts to volunteers. In our clinic, we ensure a safe release in which we prepare our patients for their return to everyday life and provide help. The Klinikum Neumarkt has joined the Charter for the care of the most severe and dying people in Germany and close networking partners of PALLI VITA, who, within the framework of SAPV, take care of the active and holistic care of people suffering from a non-curable and advanced disease.

Management of the hospital secretariat and self-sufficiency of all obtained departments and offices Co-organization and administration of office hours, hospital areas (palliative station, palliative medical service etc.) and general managerial appointment management Organisation and monitoring of the administrative and medical services Accounting activities in the field of GOÄ / Private billing with independent compilation of private liquidation for stationary and consecutive patients Letters from doctors, certificates, attests etc. Preparing information and family talks, forwarding and clarifying organisational patient requests including donation coordination Preparation and coordination of structural checks Takeover of quality management tasks Coordination of the palliative medical network of doctors, hospices, foundations and specific medical service providers

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Safe handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), experiences in GOÄ accounting and in specific clinic software High communicative and empirical competence as well as organizational skills and experience in dealing with conflict situations Basic knowledge of quality management Discretion and loyalty
