Projektmanager (m/w/d) in Niedernhall As an expert Asia Production / Project Manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the successful implementation of our production projects in Asia and ensure smooth cooperation between international partners, suppliers and internal departments. You control projects from the first idea to series maturity, ensure quality, appointments and costs and develop our supplier relationships sustainably. With your intercultural understanding and communication strength, you build trusted partnerships in the Asian environment and contribute to the success of our global production network through the successful management and development. Operational control: control of demanding production projects in Asia from conception to series maturity Trade confidently: selection of suitable manufacturing partners, negotiation of framework conditions and building sustainable and trusted supplier relations Networking processes: coordination and coordination between Asian partners and internal disciplines such as development, purchasing and quality management Predictive action: Ensuring quality standards, monitoring production processes and early identification as well as solving possible bottlenecks networking internationally: performing regular project and audit operations with partners in Asia and maintaining international cooperation

Basics: Complete technical or commercial studies, further training to the technician or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience Knowledge: Experience in project management and professional and structured supplier management, ideally in the international environment Passion: Embossed understanding of cultural peculiarities and interest in cooperation with business partners in Asia Communication: Sovereign communication skills as well as excellent English knowledge in word and writing readiness to travel: readiness for multi-day and multi-week trips abroad as part of project and supplier visits Strengths: Embossed process and project competency, self-initiative and motivation to actively advance changes; Industry knowledge in the electronics industry is advantageous
