You take over the lead role for one of our OTC brands. You will continue to develop the brand strategy and drive portfolio extensions consistently (Line Extensions, possibly Brand Extensions). You lead the brand in Germany and Austria with a clear focus on growth, relevance and result. You work closely with our Head of Brand Management and Marketing Director and actively contribute their expertise. You create a strong go-to-market and safely implement the entire marketing mix – from concept to implementation. You measure the impact of your actions, direct learnings and optimize them quickly and in a targeted manner. You are Sparring partners for the distribution DE/AT (article and pharmacy) and provide powerful market activation. You are thrilled at external service meetings (approx. 5/year) and represent the brand internationally if necessary. You develop training and training concepts and empower internal and external services – in close coordination with Shopper & Trade Marketing, Customer Activation Team and Scientific Affairs. You control agencies (creation, direct marketing, media) and orchestrate relevant media via print and online. You continuously observe market and competition and translate insights into clear priorities. You drive the international roll-out together with International Marketing and International Division. You conduct cross-departmental projects, such as product launches, and bring teams together effectively. You are responsible for budget, cost center and result, including rolling forecast and cover (DB I+II).

You have a completed business studies ideally with a focus on marketing You bring several years of experience in the management of OTC/OTX brands and know the relevant trade and sales channels; RX experience is a plus. You have sound marketing expertise and use ATL and BTL instruments safely and effectively. You think in brands, opportunities and growth – and drive your topics forward with vision and energy. You present convincingly and enjoy winning, motivating and inspiring people. You act independently, independently and entrepreneurial – and at the same time work strongly in the team You bring significant project management skills You are binding, strong to enforce and act with fingertips. You think analytic, are pay-intensive and make decisions data-based. You work safely with MS Office and have ideally experience with SAP and IQVIA. You communicate in English and German
