Process overview: Monitoring, analysis, optimization and standardization of packaging processes taking into account quality, cost-effectiveness and safety

Further development: introduction and support of new packaging technologies, plants and materials as well as support in scale-up processes and product introductions

Projects: Planning and implementation of process improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE optimization)

Analysis: Implementation of bug analysis (Root Cause Analysis, CAPA Measures)

Documentation: participation and maintenance of GMP-compliant production instructions, SOPs and technical documentation

Training: Training and technical support of production teams

Interfaces: Cooperation with other areas such as quality assurance, production, etc.

Digitization: initiation of digitalization projects (e.g. sensor technology, data acquisition, automation) and cooperation in the introduction of smart technologies (e.g. Industry 4.0 applications)

Education: You have completed your studies, ideally in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, packaging technology or comparable. Experience: You have at least two years of professional experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry GMP: First knowledge of GMP regulations and qualification/validation of systems are desirable Process knowledge: You have experience with process analysis and optimization (Lean, Six Sigma, OEE) IT Affinity: You quickly find yourself in new tools and have fun in digital solutions Language knowledge: Very good German - and good English knowledge in word and writing (German at least level C1) Team skills: You are a team player and can handle people well Communication capability: You can express yourself very well both orally and in writing and communicate clearly
