Head of Mechanical Workshop (m/f/d)

For our company we are looking for Manager (m/w/d)

• Technical and disciplinary management of the workshop team of currently six employees • Timely coordination and control of the production work of mechanical Workshop • Responsibility for work preparation, optimization of operational work processes, ensuring of efficient workflows, material procurement/flow and quality assurance • Ensure compliance with statutory provisions on occupational safety and accidents and environmental protection • Planning of machine occupancy • Planning and implementation of machine maintenance and maintenance • Control and programming of CNC milling machines/NC lathes • Production of complex mechanical components and precise small parts incl. Assembly • Single parts production and device construction • Coordination of 3D printing range • Development of existing manufacturing processes

• Complete technical training, ideally with further training to master or Technicians • Experience in the production line or workshop line is desirable • Good knowledge of production planning and employee management • Organizational talent, enforcement and team orientation • Reading of technical drawings • Experience in the control and programming of CNC milling machines/NC lathes • Self-employed and service-oriented action, e.g. • Solution-oriented operation and ability to set priorities • Loadability and readiness for project-related work • Care
