You maintain their own customer base with the aim of binding our customers in the long term and actively developing existing business relationships. You support the support of our interested parties: both by phone, e-mail and video in all current matters after careful incorporation You are the interface between our client: inside and our team, support colleagues in contact with our business partners: inside, communicate current circumstances of the ongoing process progress and are the first respondent in all administrative topics Together with the team, you will ensure ongoing quality management and continuous improvement of communication, cooperation and interfaces in the company You participate in selected seminars and continue to develop

You have completed training as an insurance businessman or insurance professional Professional experience with an insurance broker is advantageous, but no compelling requirement The work with people as well as the service-oriented answering of inquiries prepares you joy Empathy, good listening skills and a pronounced customer orientation You work safely with digital applications and enjoy using CRM and broker management programs as well as modern communication tools in everyday work Value and mutual respect are of course for you and shape your working style You work structured and precise and have fluent knowledge of German in word and writing
