You plan and advise in the field of building and supply technology (HKLS) and coordinate construction projects in the performance phases 1 to 8 of HOAI – always in close cooperation and coordination with customers, builders and architects. The first step is the basic determination to determine the customer's needs. You are responsible for the detailed planning and elaboration of concepts for HKLS industrial plants – the drawing in the design program takes over by colleagues. You will set up the service directories for your trades, get offers and evaluate them. During the construction monitoring phase, you will be on site for our projects in northern Germany (max. 2 days per piece). You are the hub for trade union oversight, and you are the driving force for a frictionless cooperation. We want to get better and evaluate and optimize our processes regularly and look forward to your input.

You have experience in the planning of building equipment in the performance phases 1 to 8 of HOAI. Good knowledge of VOB, DIN/VDE and AVA programs are important to us. A completed study with the focus, for example, on energy technology, building technology, environmental technology, mechanical engineering, utility technology, HKLS would be of advantage, but it is not necessary! You know about CAD programs (we use Revit).
