Professional and personal leadership as well as further development of employees according to the management principles of HUK-COBURG Design, analysis and continuous optimization of damage processes using process mining as well as further development of methods and standards Operationalization of Group Damage Strategy in Concrete Process Measures and Accompanying Changes in Process Organisation, Labour Control and Governance Construction, development and quality assurance of control codes as well as a powerful data base for analysis, forecasting, planning and reporting Active data-based support of management by evaluations, deviations and causes analyses, scenarios and derivation of concrete recommendations for action Management of cooperation with internal stakeholders and relevant interfaces for strategy and decision support and support of strategic projects Contributing content and results through addressable communication, lecture activities at conferences and trainings as well as committee work

Complete study of economics, (economic) informatics, mathematics, physics, data science or a comparable discipline or completed collaborative studies in the field of IT/insurance with multi-year professional experience Multiannual professional experience in controlling or a comparable data and process-oriented environment with leadership experience Very good insurance expertise and deep understanding of regulatory procedures in the insurance context, as well as good knowledge in the BI environment and data management Experience in process management, process optimization and process mining, ideally in insurance or Damage Embossed data, analysis and controlling competence in handling key figures, data management and forecasting, planning and reporting instruments Experience in strategic process design and the transfer of strategic goals into concrete measures and sustainable improvements Expressed analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented thinking with the ability to evaluate complex relationships and derive sound recommendations for action Sovereign stakeholders and communication management as well as high project and change competence in dealing with different interfaces and decision makers:in
