Designing the social media appearance of HUK-COBURG as an attractive employer Development of targeted content for our career channels such as Instagram and LinkedIn from idea and text creation to photo and video content Creation and maintenance of the editorial plan and planning and publication of contributions Conception and implementation of creative formats around career, corporate culture, benefits and employer attractiveness Observing current social media trends, community management and introducing new impulses Analysis of content performance and derivation of action recommendations in close cooperation with the employer branding team

Immatrikulation in a study program related to media, communication, marketing, media management, economics or a comparable subject area First practical experience in the field of social media, content creation or marketing, for example through internships, student activities or own projects Very good voice and security in spelling, grammar and targeted communication Feeling for visual design, creative content and current social media trends Self-employed, reliable and careful working and pleasure in bringing your own ideas Very good knowledge of German and ideally first experiences with video editing and enjoying an occasional appearance in front of the camera
