♪ Your future task:

• Technical management and support of the associated employees to form an efficient and productive team.
• Targeted and fast processing of cases of clarification and disturbances, including a thorough analysis of the causes, to find a sustainable solution (e.g. missing parts).
• Responsibility for personnel deployment planning, instruction and training of co- and time workers to build a competent team.
• taking into account the technical information of the specialist departments such as order management, quality management and occupational safety in order to ensure smooth cooperation.
• Skilled use of computer systems to manage general activities and support work processes.
• Monitoring and implementation of the emergency strategy or concepts to respond appropriately in challenging situations.
• support in reporting and documentation, e.g. layering, to ensure a transparent and proper recording.
• Visualization of processes on the information board, including updating of hangouts to improve the communication in the team and keep everyone up to date.

Your profile for Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/d):

• Successfully completed training /experience as, for example, manager – logistics, specialist – warehouse logistics, logistics provider or comparable qualification, which gives you a well-founded expertise.
• Of advantage: professional experience in logistics, preferably in the field of automation technology, and also in leading function, such as foreworkers in or team leaders in.
• Excellent customer orientation and excellent communication skills to ensure effective cooperation with internal and external partners.
• Flexibility and readiness for shift work in the 3-shift system to ensure smooth operation around the clock.
