Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the global service and aftersales business with a team of 8 people, including leadership and further development.

• Expansion and marketing of services to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

• Optimization of processes, especially in the field of digitalization, for the further development of the company.

• Planning, calculation and coordination of major aftersales projects as well as defining pricing strategies in cooperation with the sales management.

• Contact for internal departments and sales services for service, spare parts and processing.

Your profile:

• Complete studies in business (e.g. BWL) or a comparable qualification as technical specialist/operator IHK.

• At least 6 years of experience in the service/aftersales in the B2B area, e.g. for industrial components, mechanical engineering or the like.

• Experience in the development of strategies and concepts, ideally with knowledge in modern CRM systems.

• First leadership experience of advantage.

• Flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing.
