Netz- und Maintenanceservice (NWS) GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of E.DIS AG. The company is concerned with the establishment, acquisition, management and operation of its own and external gas and electricity networks and the provision of technical services and energy services of all kinds.

In order to strengthen our team of Netz- und Maintenanceservice (NWS) GmbH, we are looking for a Master/Technical Power (m/w/d) at the Schwerin site at the next possible time.

You are responsible for the use of your own employees and for the assignment and control of partner companies. In your area of responsibility, the maintenance of power grids according to operational management contracts incl. Disruption elimination with implementation of the standards and guidelines for operation and maintenance of the MS/NS power networks. The coordination of the standby service and the organisation and implementation of work with internal and external partners are also part of your field of activity. Professional training and teaching of employees and partner companies are implemented by you. You monitor the auditable work and the organisation of the recurring audit. You manage the area via IT systems, e.g. SAP and others. You also participate in the standby service.

You have a completed training as a master/technical technician with an electrotechnical orientation and already have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of activity. You know very well about the occupational safety requirements and regulations of the professional community and environmental regulations. A switching authorization (can also be trained internally) would be desirable. In addition, you have a valid class B license. You convince by your team skills, initiative and communication skills. You love to lead and inspire your team. Customer orientation is not a foreign word for you, but the view through the 'customer glasses' is a matter of course for you.
