Specialist in the field of CEP system transport (m/f/d)

You are part of a project team to develop a new transport management system (TMS) for the field of courier, express, parcel services (KEP) You develop standards for the European KEP subsidiaries in the team You support other project teams in developing new systems or individual applications You act as an expert for the various areas of the current and later of the new TMS and support a uniform production system (IT) You organize training in the field of software solutions used and carry them through You are co-responsible for the creation and maintenance of a 'Wikis' about the applications and processes/functionalities used You work at the interface between the operating units, the in-house IT and service companies You check master data management with appropriate evaluations and define uniform rules for master data management (data quality management) You’ll first and recommend KPI reports on topics such as system performance, system status, master data quality, etc. as well as dashboards to control the processes You work with the creation and introduction of standards for customer reports and internal, operational reporting You carry out the recording and processing of IT cases from the operating units

You can demonstrate a successfully completed training or study with a focus on logistics/IT or a comparable qualification Optimally, you have already been able to gain practical experience in logistics and/or IT Ideally, you bring knowledge about the handling and functioning of transport management systems You are IT-affin to implement the operational processes into the digital world You are innovative, resilient and willing to travel You have very good knowledge of the advanced features of the MS Office Suite You have knowledge of applications like Jira and Confluence You can communicate in German and English in word and writing
