As a machining mechanic (gn), you take responsibility for the precise production of demanding workpieces and, with their know-how in CNC turning or CNC milling, contribute significantly to a smooth production process. Equipment, armor and operation of CNC lathe centers or 5-axis milling machines Performance of funnel tests, series releases and in-process controls including documentation of measurement results Assembly, pre-adjustment and fitting of cutting tools as well as construction and alignment of clamping devices Access, customize and optimize NC programs to ensure an efficient manufacturing process Operation of automation systems, e.g. robot cells, as well as booking of production data in BDE, MDE and ERP systems Implementation of daily machine maintenance and maintenance work within the TPM as well as installation, alignment and deburring of workpieces

Complete vocational training for machining mechanic (gn), industrial mechanic (gn) or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on turning or milling Multiannual professional experience in the operation, installation and programming of CNC lathes and/or CNC milling machines Good knowledge of how to handle Siemens and/or Fanuc control Safe handling of technical drawings as well as manual and computer-assisted measuring devices Embossed quality awareness, a structured and independent way of working and analytical thinking Teamability, self-responsibility, flexibility and readiness for shiftwork (current two-shift operation)
