During your training in our corporate customer area at the Mainz site, we teach you the necessary knowledge in the different departments of the factoring business (e.g. customer care, marketing, accounting and sales). You take different tasks in the day-to-day business at the beginning and are involved in exciting projects. And if it's going well with you, like most of our Azubis, you continue after your takeover. As an important part of the TARGOBANK, you contribute directly to customer satisfaction - for example as an expert*in.

After your real school degree or the (special) abitur we make you fit for the professional life. We will teach you everything important about office management and project work. You will also get a complete insight into the different processes of the bank's factoring business. And because you simply learn the most in practice, you are part of the team from the first day and you can try the learned directly. Regular feedback talks and the support of our trainers help you get better and better. To deepen your knowledge from practice, take part in digital training and exciting seminars in our own training academy.

full-time or part-time training possible: full-time: 2.5 years, 40 hours/week; Parttime: 3 - 3.5 years, at least 25 hours/week (individual arrangement possible). If you want to do your training part-time, please apply. Education grant: You will receive an educational grant for e.g. a tablet to use our digital learning offer. Remuneration: 1st year: € 1,400; 2nd year: € 1,470; 3rd year: € 1,550). Your salary in parttime will be adjusted accordingly. Homeoffice: After your first 12 months of training, you can also work in part from home in consultation with your manager. Holiday: 30 days a year (in part-time).
