Product Compliance Product Security Officer (m/w/d) für REACH, CLP und GPSR (Product Security): Supports and advises management in all matters of compliance with chemical and general safety of the products sold Responsible for the production and maintenance of technical product documentation (safety data sheets, quality requirements profiles, risk analyses) Responsible for the monitoring and compliance of relevant laws and regulations related to electronic products (RoHS, WEEE, Batt-VO) Responsible for the monitoring and compliance of relevant laws and regulations in the field of toys Responsible for communication with authorities and customers on the above topics related to the products Support for product development and sales in regulatory issues on products Proactive training in the relevant areas of regulatorics (REACH, CLP, RoHS, GPSR, WEEE, Batt-VO, toy-VO) Heading Laboratory Technical management and coordination of tasks of the development laboratory staff Monitoring the maintenance and calibration plan of laboratory equipment, as well as planning and coordination of laboratory tests Responsible for the product groups filler ink and ballpoint pen paste incl. Creation of ink formulations Supporting the specialist departments in chemical problems and carrying out experiments Implementation of standardized test procedures in the development of products Representation in the stationery association Participation in relevant events of the ISZ/EWIMA station Active participation in association declarations and industry guidelines relevant to the company Summary of the association meetings and impact analysis for the company Project management Supporting projects in the context of product development from ink, paste, mines, ink cartridges, writing springs, ink conductors Planning and implementation of projects Coordination of project members and departments during the project Regular reports in the project team and the steering committee

Completed studies and/or comparable training with additional qualification Multiannual professional experience in product compliance, laboratory or comparable position Analytical thinking, pronounced process understanding and high consulting competence Communication strength, team capacity and structured and independent working Safe handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
