Information Security Specialist (w/d/m)

As an Information Security Specialist (ISB) for EWE AG's Group IT, you are instrumental in developing information and cyber security across the Group

You implement the Group-wide information security requirements in IT and support IT specialist areas in security-relevant issues

In addition, you develop policies, standards and processes, monitor their compliance and conduct appropriate protective measures based on risk analyses.

In addition, you accompany the service continuity management, coordinate the response to security incidents and shape target group-specific awareness actions

You also ensure that regulatory requirements such as the NIS2 Directive and internal standards such as ISO 27001 are complied with and documented

You will also report regularly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and work closely with him, the IT departments and other ISBs in the Group.

In addition, you play a coordinating role in key information and cyber security issues and actively participate in the further development of the Group-wide information security management system (ISMS) - in particular within the framework of the NIS2 implementation law

Finally, you act as the first respondent for IT projects with security cover, for example for information security compliance in Microsoft 365, and will also introduce you to strategic and operational issues of corporate security

A completed study in the field of computer science, IT security or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your expertise
