As Own Issuance & Cross Services, we are part of the Chief Digital Operating Office (CDOO) and are responsible for various processes relating to securities processing, including:

Accompanying new emissions: organisation and administration of name papers, bearer bonds, pledges and debt certificates. Documentation & Support: Creation of Final Terms and Global Certificates, Execution of Paypoint and Calculation Unit Function. Product support: Operational management of HVB's own certificates, bonds and warrants as part of the ompp/MyOneMarkets workflow. Service processes: Bundesbank reporting, coordination of internal securities accounts, processing of brokerage and warehouse bills as well as remediation payments. Communication & Coordination: Close cooperation with sales units, internal departments, external service providers as well as financial corporations such as BaFin or Bundesbank.

Position type: Part-time You will get an insight into the securities business including the life cycle of UniCredit Bank GmbH's own emissions and will support us in the following topics and take responsibility for tasks: Support of the team in the day-to-day business when making payments Takeover of standardized processes of the Daily Business Development, maintenance and development of tools/databases Support in current projects and the optimization of various processes within the framework of the securities business Digital archiving of relevant documents and processes Close cooperation with team members to ensure smooth processes

You are registered:r Student:in the field of economics or the like You speak fluent German and English in word and writing With MS Office you can safely handle Your mode of operation is conscientious, independent and structured after appropriate incorporation Reliability, sense of responsibility and proactivity are your strengths No requirement, but desirable are very good access and VBA knowledge
