We are looking for you as Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) We move people - people move With our customer a medium-sized, growing and international family company based in Oldenburger MÃ1⁄4nsterland - you will take a key role as a Payroll Specialist(m/w/d) at the next moment and ensure that the owners are correctly, reasonably and legally accountable as nationally and internationally. You work closely with HR, Finance, external partners and employees, and you are a long-term point of contact for everything related to wage & salary. This is a full-time job in direct order with the customer

Preparation and independent, timely execution of monthly wage and salary bills including payment transactions, legal notifications (DEV, Wage Tax, AAG, eAU) and FiBu delivery including provisions Statement and assessment of pay tax and social insurance issues Communication with authorities, financial institutions and health insurance companies Competent contact person(s) for questions of feedback from employees on all accounting topics and close cooperation with the adjacent HR areas Compliance with collective agreements and agreements Support, care and digitization of personal files as well as administration of master and movement data, time management, absences, benefits and expenses Annual accounts Data interface for financial accounting and controlling
