As a customer service consultant at our Freiburg location, you are the central contact person for customers in the service sector and provide competent, friendly and solution-oriented care. In this function, you strengthen customer satisfaction, support the branch team in sales and organizational tasks and contribute to the further development of internal processes and processes. In this task you take over: Customer service & advice: the competent, friendly and solution-oriented advice of customers on offerings of the basic business as well as the processing of personal and telephone services.
