ERP - Implementation Manager and Team Leader (mwd)

As an ERP - Introduction Manager and Team Leader, you are responsible for the selection, evaluation and introduction of a new ERP system and define its requirements. You will be able to work closely with the management and departments as a central contact person. You support business and process analyses, accept requirements and analyze and define them in line with previous business processes. You are also responsible for the evaluation of ERP systems as well as for the entire selection process of the future ERP providers and their ERP solutions. The project and program management and the creation of a project plan with budget, time and resource management are your responsibility. Your tasks include change and stakeholder management, where you can ensure organizational transformation. You coordinate data migration and control the quality of ERP introduction. Also create reports and control the process. After the introduction, you will be responsible for further topics concerning ERP, also internationally.

Long-term professional experience with comparable tasks in a medium-sized, producing company Detectable experience in the introduction of an ERP system (SAP, Infor or others such as MS Dynamics) Experience in managing cross-functional teams and using relevant project management software and with PPM tools Experience in agile project management - relevant certifications are desired Good knowledge of German and English
