Work agenda: Your field of application You advise our clients on educational offers and develop tailor-made solutions for their training needs Together with your colleagues, you design and develop practical educational and training opportunities for vocational training as well as personnel development in savings banks – from seminars and webinars to conferences and other learning formats You actively shape the development of our digital and hybrid educational opportunities The planning, implementation and continuous further development of courses, courses and seminars in your field are your responsibility Moderations, lecturers and exams take you to our academy sites and to our local customers Our network of trainers and lecturers will continue to develop You actively contribute your own ideas and together with the team shape the further development of our education offering

Skill check: Your competencies You have a successfully completed degree (e.g. economics, savings banks/bank business economist, savings banks/bank business etc.) or a comparable qualification Ideally, you have experience in the Sparkassen financial group Practical experience in vocational training, adult education or personnel development Experience in the conception, planning and organization of educational and training offers With digital and hybrid learning formats, you are familiar or enjoy developing them. With your secure knowledge of German (mind. C2), you contribute to the smooth and professional success of our communication – both internally and externally
