The place must be occupied in full time** (40 hours/week).

The interesting and versatile activity includes:

· Own-sponsored care of the electrical, sanitary, supply, air-conditioning, heating and ventilation systems.

· Monitoring and coordination of the inspection, maintenance and maintenance of the installations; in some cases, carry out them.

· Repair and testing of the location-variable electrical equipment according to DGUV Note 3

· Perform and maintain the error, testing, maintenance and inspection reports.

We require:

· Complete training as an electronics technician for building and infrastructure systems or electronics technicians for operating technology (or previous professions); knowledge in the areas of building automation/building control technology and professional experience in technical building management

· Handicraft skill and good technical understanding

· Physical loadability and health suitability (health of heavy loads, work in kneeling/dimmed/stretched posture, work overhead etc.)

· Team skills, initiative and sense of responsibility

· Ready for weekend and evening services

· Competent and friendly appearance as contact person for internal and external contacts and good oral expressability in German

· Driving licence of at least class B.

· Due to regular and short-term services outside regular working hours (e.g. alarm, checks, winter service etc.) it is necessary to be able to reach the place of service within a short time window

· Not mandatory, but possible: a service apartment (approx. 95 sqm)
