Your duties Editing tenders for facility management services – from the first request to the tender fee. Creating economic offers and sound calculations. Consulting new and existing customers and developing individual and demand-oriented solutions. Responsible conduct of contract and price negotiations until the successful conclusion of the contract. Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and tax the entire supply process. Analyze customer needs and develop tailor-made facility management concepts. Continuous optimisation of processes in terms of quality, economics and customer satisfaction.
