Psychotherapeutic work: You carry out psychotherapeutic treatments in individual and group settings that are adapted to your level of education as well as your personal priorities and interests. Individual development: You flexibly shape your task profile and actively contribute your professional interests to the therapeutic work. Flexible services: You volunteer to participate in one to two medical stand-by services per month – if desired, you will also be more frequent.
