Your tasks – manifold and exciting As a Technical Service Support Engineer, you are the first contact point for our customers in technical matters. Your area of responsibility includes: Technical clarification of spare parts and components as well as orders Testing of spare parts requests for technical accuracy and feasibility Consulting customers on alternative solutions in cooperation with suppliers Development of technical and technological solutions Calculation and determination of sales prices in the defined financial framework Leadership of sales talks and coordination of contractual conditions Date monitoring and ensuring scheduled delivery Optimization of user manuals for better customer support Maintenance and management of material master data in SAP Support in creating offers and order processing Technical support for service projects in the Keller area
