Head of Project Development Wind (m/f/d)

You take over the strategic, technical and personnel management of the project development department Wind for the federal states Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Schleswig-Holstein. You make sure that energy park projects are developed economically, viable and capable of approval and that the agreed targets are achieved in terms of quantity, time, quality and cost-effectiveness. You align the project development department Wind to the objectives and strategies of the UKA Group and tax the project portfolio taking into account deadlines, costs, quality and available resources. You develop regional project development strategies for energy park projects and adapt them to changing legal, political, technical and economic conditions. You are a professional Sparring partner for your team and take specialist decisions in complex cases. You secure quality standards, regulatory requirements and bank-side and investor-specific requirements across the entire project portfolio and are responsible for active risk management. You will ensure the technical development of central delivery items: from the creation of the building planning law and further approval requirements, through the most economical, feasible planning and the parking layout to the area security and the project completion. You conduct and develop team leaders (m/w/d) as well as employees (m/w/d), plan the personnel installation of the department and secure a need-oriented resource and capacity planning together with HR. You represent the department inside and outside, reflect relationships with communities, municipalities and other stakeholders You provide reliable reporting and timely escalation for risks and target deviations.

You have a qualification in spatial planning, environmental law, landscape planning, geography or a comparable area, for example through a successfully completed university or university degree. You have long-term surveys in project development, 'Wind'' or other related areas or comparable positions You bring multi-year leadership experience and have already taken responsibility for teams and complex project portfolios. You have extensive planning, organizational and process expertise and experience in strategic resource and capacity planning. You have a deep understanding of the legal, technical and economic framework of project development. You are familiar with portfolio and risk management, project management methods, reporting and controlling. You will certainly enter into negotiations and stakeholder management, think entrepreneurial and take changes flexibly and solution-oriented.
