Your tasks:

• Strategic and operational management of the telent company IT
• Operating responsibility for IT operations and business applications
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the ICT organization and the promotion and further development of employees
• Representation of the ICT organization at audits (internal and external) and certifications
• Strategic development of IT and application landscape taking into account the business requirements of telent GmbH
• Identification, evaluation and selection of relevant IT future technologies
• Communication with stakeholders and users at all levels
• Moderation and communication of technical and economic weighing
• Conception, initiation and possibly management of IT projects
• Active cooperation in IT companies

Your profile:

• Complete university studies with relevant reference to information, communication or communication technology
• Multiannual leadership and practical experience in the IT sector
• Funded knowledge in strategic planning, project management and change management, including the methods used here
• Comprehensive technological know-how with experience in the planning and operation of on-premise data centers to end devices and experience with application software and platforms, including their design and development
• First insights into the AI application in the company are desirable
• Structured, analytical and conceptual work
• Basic business knowledge
• Required are certifications in IT project management, ITIL or ISMS
• Impressed communication skills and business sense to convey complex facts and options of action at all levels of the company
