Toolmaker (m/w/d) for new tools

As a specialist in the development and manufacture of mechanical components, we design and indus­trialize plaster manufacturing concepts with which we redefine the boundaries of the technically feasible - to the advantage of our customers. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a toolmaker (w/m/d) for new tools at our site in Niefern.

Production and assembly of secondary composite tools Further development, support and optimization of all tool types Takeover of conventional metal machining such as milling, grinding, drilling, turning, polishing Cause analysis of punching tools during the sampling phase, initiation of optimizations, accompanying their constructive implementation and successful and sustainable processing in the tool Support and optimization of the periphery of follow-up tools up to handover to production at all Possehl and customer locations Maintenance and repair of existing punching/bending tools Optimization of components and assemblies of follow-up composite tools Implementation of necessary changes to existing tools commissioning and coordination of (plant) tools in new and existing production lines

Complete vocational training for the tool mechanic punching and bending technique or a comparable training 10 years of professional experience in the assembly and coordination of new tools Extensive experience in the field of press-fit; preferably EE-zone, EloPin and pretPin Safe reading of technical drawings, in particular using VISI Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Structured and independent operation. Dealing with MS Office and MS Teams is part of your daily work. Engagement, enforcement strength, motivation, team and communication skills readiness to travel A readiness for further training in VISI to implement simple constructive activities
