You coordinate all measures of career guidance in the assigned responsibility area and take over the office management including personnel responsibility. You advise interested and applicants about the specific requirements for civil and military careers and take part in professional events. You serve interested applicants. You organize visits and excursions to Bundeswehrdienststelle. You are responsible for the planning, control and implementation of civil and military advertising measures in the area of responsibility. You take responsibility for materials. You have a class B driving licence and the willingness to acquire the Bundeswehr driving licence B and to carry out a service vehicle. The willingness to regular, even multi-day trips in Germany, if necessary also as a self-driver or as a self-driver, and lecture activities are assumed. The willingness, if necessary, to provide services outside the regular working time and, if necessary, on weekends is provided. Participation in regular and ongoing training and training as well as the course modules “Consulting and Informing” is assumed.

You have the career capability for the upscale non-technical administration service OR You have a completed university degree (Bachelor or Diplom FH) in an administrative field (e.g. a graduate administrator or a graduate administrator). You shall be hired as a civil servant or with the aim of civil servants into an indefinite employment relationship. The registered office is rated with the grade A9g to A11 Bundesbesoldungsgesetz (BBesG). A grouping takes place in the E9b Group for the Public Service (TVöD). You work full time or part time. The activities shall be carried out at the place of service. Home office (mobile work) is possible in exceptional cases. You have 30 days vacation a year.
