Project Manager (m/w/d) for General Planning Projects

As general planning manager, you have a key role in the successful implementation of our general planning projects. They are responsible for the coordination and control of all planning stakeholders of a project and act as a responsible interface between the project management of the planning teams and the clientele. A diverse range of tasks awaits you with high personal responsibility: Responsible management of a planning project in the LPH 1-5 Parent organization, coordination and control of all planning disciplines with a view to successful project implementation Control of planning processes of interdisciplinary teams and implementation of process improvements for efficiency improvement and quality optimization Contractual and scheduled organisation and coordination of the planning project Ensure and achieve economic and terminological project objectives Consultation of our construction executives in all planning matters Technical and advisory support for the acquisition of new projects Selection and commissioning of planners and special professionals

As overall planning manager:include the following: Complete studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering construction, real estate engineering or similar fields Multiannual professional experience in managing planning projects Experience in cross-disciplinary cooperation and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary planning processes Good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards Basic commercial understanding Joy in organizing and controlling planning processes Communication competence and the ability to cross-disciplinary teamwork Enthusiasm for BIM Methodology and LEAN Processes in Planning Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
