As a production assistant (m/w/d) in plastics and rubber processing, you support the ongoing manufacturing process

and together with your team ensure that production runs smoothly around the clock.

• Operating and monitoring of production machines in plastics and rubber processing
• Participation in a trouble-free and efficient production process
• Conducting simple vision and quality controls
• Eliminating minor disturbances after appropriate instruction
• Keeping all work, quality and safety regulations
• Ensure order and cleanliness at your workplace

We are looking for

For this position, you should ideally bring:

• First experience in production, machinery or handling of technical equipment is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary
• The willingness to work in the continuous system to ensure ongoing production in Finnentrop
• A basic technical understanding and interest in production processes
• A careful, reliable and responsible way of working
• Teamability and the willingness to actively support colleagues
• A quick understanding and willingness to learn for new tasks
• Physical durability and stamina for everyday production
