Management support in administrative and organisational matters (including scheduling, coordination and monitoring, confidentiality and document management) Commercial administration and office organization (including promotion and tracking, customer and supplier data) Communication and interface management (including contact person:in for customers, suppliers and service providers, coordination between different departments) Project support and coordination (including support in planning and implementing projects, monitoring deadlines, budgets and resources) Support in human resources (including maintenance of personal files and holiday lists, organisation of job interviews)

Commercial training (industrial businessman/wife, office businessman/wife) or a comparable qualification Ideally, at least first professional experience in a commercial position Practical knowledge in the MS Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) Organizational and proactive operation Fun at joint and open cooperation in a sympathetic operation
