In your role as a planning engineer / specialist planner (m/w/d) for TGA with the focus on supply technology, you are an essential part of our projects. With your technical know-how and passion for innovative supply solutions, you will shape the future of modern buildings. Your tasks include: Planning of supply technology: You develop supply engineering systems from design planning and take over the design, detail and workshop planning for supply engineering systems, which are an integral part of our turnkey construction projects – from heating, ventilation and sanitation planning to modern climate solutions Economic know-how: Calculation and interpretation of building technology systems with software support Efficient system solutions: You design guide details and overview plans that serve as the basis for the design and installation of the technical building equipment, thereby contributing to the energy efficiency and sustainability of our building projects Precise implementation: You can create complete laying plans and individual parts drawings for the installation of supply systems such as pipelines, ventilation ducts and sanitary components – thereby ensuring a smooth running on the site Material planning and coordination: You create detailed lists of services for tendering, subcontracting and assembly to ensure efficient planning and implementation of supply systems High-Tech Planning: With the CAD tool Revit and other model-based applications, you rely on state-of-the-art technologies to efficiently and sustainably plan the supply technology – always in line with our BIM strategy

Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, building engineering, civil engineering or comparable training (in the technical drawing or in the field of technical system planning), preferably with a focus on supply technology Professional experience in accounting, design and execution planning of project building projects Knowledge of BIM planning methods and ERP systems desirable Great interest in constructive issues, economic and interdisciplinary solutions and team success in building Self-employed as well as project- and solution-oriented work that contributes to the overall motivation in the project team High engagement in communication strength and team spirit Be part of the success story at GOLDBECK.
