We are a motivated team working with enthusiasm, creativity and fresh ideas on this exciting topic. What are we doing? Our department is responsible for the module strategy at the early stage of the product development of Mercedes-Benz Cars. In agile teams, we develop innovative solutions at component level to achieve the strategic objectives of Mercedes-Benz. Our focus is on innovation, costs, weight and variety of variants. Through our close cooperation with areas such as research & development, planning, purchasing and many other business areas, we always keep an overview of the whole. In addition, we work in a newly developed project structure on numerous other exciting topics that are unique in this form at Mercedes-Benz AG. What does our working day look like? Our Modulcoaches serve several components within a theme area. Interdisciplinary teams, measures are developed to achieve our strategic goals. The results are presented regularly up to the board level. We always have a look at the methodological and processual development of the module strategy – and actively shape it. What do you expect? With us you have the opportunity to take responsibility and to introduce you according to interest and skills. A special focus of your activity will be on business intelligence. You work with modern tools from the Microsoft environment (e.g. Fabric, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL) and various AI applications that will be of great benefit for your future career. The activity can begin from March 2026.

What are you doing ideally? It is well suited to study in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable degree course

The most important thing: commitment, initiative, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for our vehicles!

You should enjoy teamwork and be able to perform tasks structured and reliable

Additional knowledge that is advantageous: Experience in handling Microsoft applications (Power BI, Fabric, Power Automate etc.)

Creation and design of reports and dashboards

Knowledge of SQL programming

Good conceptual skills

Organisation and coordination of bodies
