Your tasks include creating pre-configured operating systems based on Windows 10 IoT for the maritime environment. You implement scripts for the automated construction of operating systems and the creation of project-specific configuration features. You are also responsible for implementing System Safety and IT Security requirements according to current standards and project-specific specifications the analysis and elimination of complex disturbances in the project environment the creation of documentation and concepts in the operating system context the creation of automation tools/scripts, for example with Python and Powershell.

You bring new ideas and experiences to date and implement them with your colleagues for our company. In exciting R&E projects, you will ensure the continuous development of our Windows and Linux operating system platform.

You have a degree in computer science or a training as a specialist with a corresponding professional experience. You have good knowledge of how to use Windows operating systems Ideally, you bring Linux skills. You are familiar with the current computer technologies (e.g. UEFI, Secure-Boot, GPU computing). Background and detailed knowledge of complex network environments are advantageous. Ideally, you bring experience in Active Directory. Continuous market and technology observations are of course for you. Ideally, you bring knowledge of programming, for example in C/C++, Python or Go. You have good English skills in word and writing.
