You support the branch manager in day-to-day business as well as strategic and operational issues in facility management You carry out independent projects and, if necessary, support our operational executives in the supervised objects You communicate with employees and customers and take over tasks of branch management in individual cases You contribute to the development and implementation of measures to optimise costs and increase performance on the basis of economic indicators, You support developing objects economically and qualitatively You accompany order implementations and prepare them organizationally Ensure compliance with the beepenbrock guidelines

You have a completed study or a commercial or technical training with appropriate professional experience You have an affinity for organizational and administrative activities and have good MS Office skills Ideally, you already have experience in facility management, preferably in the area of building cleaning, You have first to several years of professional experience Entrepreneurial thinking, hand-on mentality and a pronounced service orientation You communicate clearly and purposefully, step up safely and convincingly and set priorities structured.
