You plan, organize and conduct events – both digitally and locally – including product matches, fairs, festivals, corporate events and internal events. You develop event concepts to match the brand and communication strategy, possibly in cooperation with agencies. You select external and internal service providers and control their use reliably. Start and monitor project plans with a view to all relevant milestones. On site you will personally attend events and coordinate all the works involved. You prepare events, perform evaluations and start reporting as well as presentations.

Completed studies in event management, communication or tourism. Multiannual professional experience in the independent organization of events. Budget responsibility and safe handling of complex processes. Organizational and stress resistance as well as the ability to find solutions at short notice. Experience in handling event tools and technologies. Enthusiasm for travel and readiness to flexible working hours around events.
