About 600 experts in department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, building and building management as well as environmental and energy management support our diverse portfolio over the entire life cycle. In the coming years, we are moving our sites step by step towards an ecological and economically viable energy supply – CO2-conscious and sustainable. In short: We create modern rehabilitation centers, working environments and spaces where the DRV Bund can run its core business.

In a special position of trust, you will design the systemic energy consumption of our administrative buildings, from data analysis to the implementation of concrete efficiency measures. At the interfaces between technology, economics, IT and external partners, you support the achievement of our climate goals and take over the following activities: analyse energy data and raise potentials: preparation and evaluation of consumption and load cycle data as well as derivation of technical-economic savings potentials Conception and implementation of efficiency measures: development and support of energy optimization projects in coordination with building and building management Energy controlling and strategic control: continuous monitoring of media consumption, production of forecasts for energy purchase and budgeting Promoting digitalization: Professional control in the introduction of an energy management software, including requirements for interfaces (e.g.#B. to CAFM / BIM) Compliance and Reporting: Participation in the creation of the Energy and Sustainability Report and support in the introduction of our Environmental Management System through the processing of data and opinions

As a specialist, you understand not only complex energy and building systems, but are looking forward to developing them actively with us. You combine technical details with strategic decisions and also have: Successfully completed university education: Academic degree Bachelor /Diplom FH in a task-relevant field, e.g. supply, or electrical engineering, energy management or economic engineering Long-term professional experience: at least 5 years of practice in energy management, controlling or the operation of buildings, also in very extensive and complex structures A holistic perspective: Data is your compass and you can make hierarchy and expert decisions and measures that make sense.
