This is what we expect as a GenAI Solution Engineer (m/w/d) End-to-end development: You accompany AI features across the entire lifecycle – from fast rapid prototyping to proof-of-concept to transfer to a scalable, highly available production environment Engineering of AI services: You develop robust backend services in Python, seamlessly integrate the most modern LLMs and perform stable under load Architecture of autonomous agents: You build intelligent agent systems that automate real workflows with tool-calling and memory management and operate safely within definedrail guards Ensuring software excellence: You are responsible for the code quality through Clean Architecture, automated testing and efficient CI/CD processes to ensure a smooth deployment cycle Evaluation & Monitoring: You implement frameworks to measure the performance of your GenAI solutions (e.g. Accuracy, Latency, Cost) Technology-Sparring: You evaluate technical feasibility and advise stakeholders on how to become sustainable products from innovative ideas

That's what you're doing as a GenAI Solution Engineer (m/w/d) Academic background: You have completed your university studies in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering or a comparable discipline Excellent Python knowledge (ready for production): You master API development (e.g. FastAPI, Pydantic), containerization (Docker), testing (Unit/Integration) and Git and CI/CD safely - far beyond pure notebook scripts. Rapid Prototyping: Ability to quickly visualize demos and proof-of-concepts in Python (e.g. Streamlit) Found architecture confession: You apply SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection and Async/Concurrency routiniert and uses ORM (e.g. SQLAlchemy) for clean database interactions Practical experience with multimodal LLM APIs: Safe handling of leading models (OpenAI, Anthropic) and cloud platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) Advanced GenAI Engineering: Controlling Prompt Engineering, Structured Outputs (JSON) and Tool/Function Calling RAG expert (end-to-end): build complete pipelines from Embeddings to vector-DBs (e.g. pgvector) to complex retrieval, re-ranking and evaluation Agent development: Experience in planning and orchestrating autonomous systems (e.g. with Pydantic AI), including memory management and guardrails desirable Container Orchestration: knowledge in operation of scalable applications in clusters (e.g. Kubernetes) desirable Open Source LLMs: Experience with self-hosted models, fine tuning and serving (e.g. vLLM, Ollama) desirable Appearance and language skills: You convince by good communicative skills, a professional appearance, are curious and interested in your personal development, are keen to actively shape and move safely in German (C2) and English (C1)
