Customer support & spare parts distribution: Competent support, care and advice of our customers in a defined region within Germany with the aim of maintaining and expanding customer satisfaction Active sale of spare and wear parts to increase profitability Conducting customer visits with sales promotional advice clarification of invoices and credits in case of disagreements Self-adjustment of spare parts Creation and tracking of offers Identification of replacement and wear parts Coordination of reconstructions in cooperation with design, product support and service management Order Monitoring & Shipping Monitoring and coordination of spare parts orders with internal departments (storage, purchasing, MRP etc.) Organisation of shipping including selection and commissioning of shipping service providers Ensuring the manufacture of individual spare parts Retour management & complaints Commercial and organisational processing of returns and repair orders Examination and approval of credits taking into account logistical aspects Technical and commercial assessment of quality complaints

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally in the mechanical engineering environment Experience in spare parts distribution or technical customer service Technical understanding and affinity for complex systems Communication strength, organizational skills and team skills Secure handling of ERP systems (ideally SAP) and MS Office (M365) Good knowledge of German and English
