Planning, control and implementation of commissioning and transfer activities to the operators for HKLS systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary facilities), including the associated building automation, as part of our new building projects at the Pfaffenhofen site. Coordination of all relevant structures and interfaces during the start-up phase, including cooperation with internal teams, external service providers and suppliers. Definition & implementation of technical acceptances, functional testing and testing to ensure operational readiness, compliance with all relevant quality requirements, legal and safety regulations. Analysis and elimination of disturbances and technical problems in the HKLS area during commissioning and at the beginning of commercial use. Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, protocols, defect lists and reports for commissioning, assignment and transfer activities. Coordination of the training of operating personnel with regard to the operation and maintenance of the HKLS systems after commissioning. Support & interface management (operators, legal, purchasing) in the necessary maintenance contracts, coordination of time maintenance windows and selection of spare parts. In addition to the project business, the Site Engineering will help you plan the maintenance activities for the annual business holiday and take over the interface management.

Complete studies in the field of supply technology, building technology, engineering or comparable technical training with a focus on HKLS. Multiannual professional experience in commissioning and operating HKLS systems. Ideally in a manufacturing environment or in the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of technical standards, standards and regulations in the HKLS field. Experience in project management and coordination of technical teams and service providers. High technical understanding, analytical skills and solution-oriented work. Self-employed and structured working methods, hands-on mentality, good communication skills as well as high operational readiness and enforcement capability. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. .
