To strengthen our team at the location 08496 Neumark OT Reuth we are looking for a full-time Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Bereich Marketing

You serve our existing customers from industry and automotive and continuously expand their cooperation. You win new customers and unlock additional areas of application and business potential in your sales area. You advise your customers technically and commercially around industrial adhesive tapes and adhesives and develop suitable solutions for individual applications. You accompany customer projects from the first request, product tests and sampling to the successful implementation. Develop together with our sales service and our own production You custom solutions and individual product creations. You identify new applications and market potentials and actively contribute your findings to the further development of our product and solution range. You plan your customer visits and sales activities independently and provide a structured support for your sales area.

Experience in technical sales Technical understanding and joy to deal intensively with the applications and challenges of our customers. Communication strength, negotiation skills and a safe occurrence in dealing with different contact persons. An independent, structured and solution-oriented method. Joy in new customer acquisition as well as the long-term construction of existing customer relationships. Team spirit and the willingness to work closely with sales service, application technology and production. Safe handling of common digital tools and MS Office. Class B driving licence and readiness to travel within the sales area
