About the job You are responsible for the operational management of regional transport and take over the planning, control and monitoring of the daily business. You monitor compliance with quality standards and work actively to improve them You optimierst tours and areas taking into account applicable legal regulations, costs, time and quality You control the area using key figures. You recognize deviations and take effective measures to counter the deviations. You are the first contact person for the entrepreneurs employed, tax entrepreneurship, organise regular and quality discussions and conduct price negotiations with You always keep the costs in mind and thus contribute to budget implementation You run a team of about 12 employees
