Implementation of presence and online seminars in the field of basic business policy for works councils and trustees, independent conception of seminars and events, their testing and evaluation Responsible implementation and organisation of specialized training and qualification measures in key topics of operational co-determination (e.g. business constitutional law, labour law, AuG, SBV, Economic Committee) Qualification, advice and support for operational bodies and business offices in operational policy processes Educational, consulting and moderation tasks for companies, board, districts and offices Support and cooperation in projects, in particular for the further development of IG Metall and for the implementation of the strategic objectives of IG Metall Education Marketing, acquisition and public relations Cooperation in the quality development of the educational centre and in internal working groups that go beyond the original field of action Visualization and evaluation of specialist information as well as independent preparation for educational work Qualification of volunteers and multipliers Advice and support of the network of external speakers Advice and close-to-business educational work

Complete studies (ideally with the focus on pedagogy, economic, legal or social sciences) or visit to EAdA or specialist knowledge in connection with multiannual professional experience and work in a trade union/company representation of interests Trainee training at IG Metall or another DGB union Coaching training or comparable consulting training desirable Practical experience in trade union education Ability to work quickly and profoundly in various fields of business policy and to present the results in written and oral qualification Connectivity to the various operational realities and requirements of trade union/company representations and members Comprehensive knowledge and experience with methods and didactics of adult education and the ability to conceptual and didactic work for presence and online seminars Comprehensive knowledge of current trade union theory and practice, development and organization skills Willingness to develop and change, ability to reflect and learn, willingness to take responsibility Rhetorical, methodological, social and communicative competence, persuasive power and enforcement strategy, process and participation competence; Development and Organizing Competence Of Advantage Knowledge and experience in managing projects and project management Secure appearance, dialogue and conflictability, active and passive critique, team capacity readiness to use, flexibility in working time design, readiness to travel within the meaning of mobility and networking Funded handling of the standard software products used in IG Metall (MS-Office package) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Foreign language skills driving licence class B
