Coordination and division of employees in responsibility Ensuring the timely and high-quality implementation of work orders Support in the strategic and organisational development of the area Building, securing and sharing expertise within the team Ensuring and expanding the project and vehicle-specific system understanding Identification, documentation and analysis of process and system errors as well as support in their sustainable elimination Ensure compliance with statutory requirements as well as work, safety, regulatory and cleanliness regulations Support in optimizing workflows and processes in the area of responsibility

Successfully completed training in mechanics, mechatronics or comparable Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Advantageous knowledge of the arms industry Experience in working with drawings and lists Basic knowledge of SAP and good English skills of advantage Good English knowledge of word and writing Enforcement, safe occurrence and communication strength High quality awareness and analytical thinking Ready for business trips
